Due to the delicate nature of entomological specimens, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a verified error on our part.
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the packaging and the item are required to support the claim.
Claims submitted without proper documentation or outside the stated timeframe will not be considered.
